Involvement
Volunteering
Arts Project Australia's volunteer program is an integral part of the organisation's development. Volunteers are an important part of our organisation, contributing across many areas.
In the studio program volunteers can help by sharing skills and assisting with maintenance of materials and equipment. We try and have at least one volunteer for each three-hour session who can assist the team of artsworkers. Volunteers can also contribute to exhibitions, marketing, archiving and administration areas.

We welcome new volunteers!
If you are a visual artist or have worked with people with a disability, or none of these but would like to be part of a stimulating and creative environment, we welcome you to make contact with us.
For further information please contact Rachel Gorman, our volunteer coordinator, or down load our volunteer form and email it/ fax it to us.

Partnerships & Donations
Many organisations and individuals have been on a journey with Arts Project Australia to take us to where we are today; a leading provider in arts and disability services. It is exciting to be part of an organisation that delivers an innovative studio program to participants and presents a fresh and inspiring exhibitions program to the broader community. However, this could never have been achieved without the generous assistance of our many supporters.
Many of our achievements are the result of collaborative partnerships across the government, philanthropic and corporate sectors, and through the arts world, the disability sector, other community networks and individuals. Partnerships and donations symbolise the care and interest of the many people whom Arts Project Australia has supported.
Partnering with Arts Project Australia can take a variety of forms. We are constantly developing our current programs and undertaking new innovative projects that require support. Assistance can be provided by supporting a specific project or through a general donation that will be allocated with discretion to a priority area within the organisation.
Please
consider supporting Arts Project Australia as we look forward to developing
new collaborations and partnerships.
Bequests from Wills represent
an important source of financial support for Arts Project Australia. A Will
is then able to not only provide for family and friends, it can also ensure
important causes will continue to thrive, therefore turning a Will into an
investment for the future. The financial resources provided by bequests make
it possible for Arts Project Australia to initiate and expand the range of
programs on offer, knowing there is an enduring reserve from which to draw.
A bequest does not necessarily have to be a large amount of money; any gift
can make a significant difference to our work.
To be legally valid, Wills have to comply with certain legal requirements.
We recommend that legal advice is sought. Most Public Trustees and many solicitors
can prepare your Will. If you already have a Will you can simply add a supplement
to the Will which sets out your instructions for a bequest.
Should this be of interest, we recommend that your gift be made for the general
purposes of Arts Project Australia. However if you have a specific project
you wish to support we would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this with
you. Thank you for your interest and consideration. We express our appreciation
to you on behalf of artists that will benefit from your gift.
Please let us know of your intention to include Arts Project Australia in
your Will. Alternatively, ask your solicitor to inform us. If you would like
further information, please contact us. Your enquiry will be handled in confidence.
