Behind the Scenes is an exhibition of drawings by Leo Cussen based on films and musicals from Hollywood's "Golden Era". Additionally featuring an installation of props and sets by artists working in Arts Project Australia's animation program.

Artists featured in the Behind the Scenes exhibition of sets and props and in ACMI's screening of Animagination include; Leo Cussen, Lisa Reid (ACMI film 'Car Crash'), Peter Ben (ACMI film 'UFO'), Jodie Noble (ACMI film 'The Day We Got Lost'), Miles Howard-Wilks (ACMI film 'Chocolate Land and Crocodile'), Chris O'Brien (ACMI film 'Urquart Street'), Cameron Noble (ACMI film 'Cam's Garden'), Valerio Ciccone (ACMI film 'Flip Books'), Steven Ajzenberg (ACMI film 'A Good Day That Always Ends the Wrong Way'), Terry Williams, and Paul Hodges.
