Twelve staff members have elected to contribute to this exhibition that provides them with the opportunity to reveal their own diverse range of artwork. Ordinarily artsworkers and other staff at APA act as facilitators for participants in the studio program who wish to develop their artistic skills, where a non-interventionist approach is taken. However, both staff and studio participants share a common bond as fellow artists in the broad spectrum of contemporary arts practice.
In the spirit of artists supporting artists, this exhibition allows dialogue and the sharing of ideas to be communicated between staff and studio participants, parents and the general community. It also showcases the artistic skills and creative abilities of our talented staff, which are normally not collectively seen by the general public. This exhibition also serves to recognise the very valuable cultural and social contribution that APA's staff make to the wider community.
