Bobby Kyriakopoulos is an emerging artist whose practice focuses on painting, drawing and digital art. Creating primarily figurative works, Kyriakopoulos has a meticulous and deliberate approach across drawing, watercolour and gouache. Kyriakopoulos’ works have a highly gestural quality, often depicting scenes from popular culture, transportation and technological landscapes. Bobby Kyriakopoulos has worked at Arts Project Australia studio since 2011. He has been included in numerous group exhibitions including ‘Spring 1883’, The Establishemnt, Sydney; ‘Well Red’, Robin Gibson Gallery, Sydney; ‘Melbourne Now’, NGV International, Melbourne; and ‘SMALLWORKS 2014 Art Prize’, Brunswick Street Gallery, Fitzroy. His work is held in the National Gallery of Victoria collection.
