We’re thrilled to announce that we’re one of the 2018 recipients of Yarra Trams inaugural Community Partnerships Program!
A new community initiative for Yarra Trams, the Community Partnerships Program sees eight community organisations share in $1 million worth of free advertising on Melbourne’s iconic tram network.
The Arts Project Australia tram launches in May, with the artwork of Warren O’Brien and Cathy Staughton soon to be adorning one Melbourne tram – stay tuned for more details!
Arts Project is one of eight organisations whose message will be seen across the world’s largest tram network. The other organisations include FareShare, City in the Community, Charcoal Lane, Alannah and Madeline Foundation, Fitted for Work, safe steps Family Violence and HomeGround Real Estate.
Each organisation supports diversity and inclusion in Melbourne, and has been chosen for the positive impact they make within the community across Melbourne’s tram network.
Last week representatives from each organisation, as well as Cathy and Warren, visited a Yarra Trams depot, getting a behind the scenes look at how the trams work and celebrating new partnerships. Have a look at the photos below!
