Pets are people too brings together Australian artists whose work reflects on the intimacy and affection that exists between humans and animals. Showing at Bayside Gallery, the show features the work of Arts Project artists Matthew Gove and Bronwyn Hack and runs from 27 July – 6 October 2019.
The exhibition both celebrates the multi-faceted ways that our pets enrich our lives as well as reflecting on the humour and pathos they bring. It’s a wonderful opportunity to view works by some of Australia’s celebrated artists who reflect on a topic close to their heart. The exhibition is a collaboration between Bayside Gallery and Arts Project Australia.
