POSITION 1

The first role is for a GALLERY ADMINISTRATOR – MARKETING person on a 6-month fixed term part-time contract with a view to continuing. This role is primarily responsible for providing exceptional organisational, communications and marketing support to the Arts Project gallery and business services. This role assists with Arts Project gallery and reception administration, sales, image licensing as well as marketing, publicity and event coordination (including after hours and weekends) under the direction of the Curator & Gallery Manager. The role is a split front of house and office position.

POSITION 2

The second role is for a GALLERY ADMINISTRATOR – CASUAL person to work flexible hours that may include evenings and weekends. This new role is primarily responsible for providing effective organisational support to the Arts Project gallery and business services. This role primarily assists with gallery and reception administration, sales, image licensing, collation and artwork handling, as well as exhibition and event support (including after hours and weekends) under the direction of the Curator & Gallery Manager. The role is a front of house and stockroom position.
