Max Cheevers is an artist working across sound and video.
His practice explores the hidden mechanisms and micro-ecologies that shape everyday experience, making these often-invisible forces perceptible through experimental uses of audio and visual technology. Driven by a desire to trace material origins, Cheevers investigates the structures that underpin how we perceive and experience the world. Through poetic, layered composition, his works uncover what lies beneath the surface and reconfigure it into new sensory and conceptual forms.
