Darcy Scott’s work is centred around a complex post-apocalyptic fantasy/sci-fi world, The Worlds of Elixir. Anthropomorphic beings battle for survival in diverse geographic biomes where elemental powers, dark conspiracies, and genetic mutations test their moral fibre and universal lores. He works with an iPad, Photoshop and uses traditional pencil drawing to design thoughtful characters and detailed environments. Darcy Scott’s bold and cartoon-like style accentuates his historical narratives and layered story arc. He is influenced by video games and pop culture.
