Barbara Gibbs is an emerging artist working predominantly across painting, drawing and textiles. Her works on paper feature delicate renderings of animals amongst flora and fauna, the line work and colour palette fresh and spontaneous, while her embroideries are executed with fine needlework and meticulous stitching.

Gibbs has worked at Arts Project Australia since 2011. She has exhibited in group exhibitions in Melbourne and is held in private collections in Australia.
