Samantha Ashdown is an emerging artist working in printmaking, collage, pastel and gouache.
She explores a variety of subject matter within her practice including still life, landscapes, portraiture and urban scenes. Her strikingly balanced compositions and bold line-work of soft colours result in elegant imagery. Ashdown has exhibited nationally. Public collections include the National Gallery of Victoria. Her work is also held in national private collections.
